The insulation consists of 1000-Fill power grey goose down, treated with a DWR finish to help maintain loft in humid or damp environments. This premium down is distributed using a three-dimensional baffling system — vertical baffles across the torso and horizontal baffles around the footbox — to prevent cold spots and ensure even warmth. The sewn-closed footbox adds additional insulation where it’s most needed, offering consistent heat retention during frigid nights.
Designed without a zipper or integrated hood, the quilt emphasizes simplicity and weight savings. It features a neck drawcord and three push-clip closures to secure the quilt around the upper body and retain heat.
